തിരുവനന്തപുരം | കുടകില് ട്രക്കിങ്ങിനിടെ വനമേഖലയില് കാണാതായ മലയാളി യുവതി ജി എസ് ശരണ്യയെ കണ്ടെത്തി. പോലീസും വനംവകുപ്പും നടത്തിയ വ്യാപകമായ തിരച്ചിലിൽ നാലു ദിവസത്തിന് ശേഷമാണ് ശരണ്യയെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത്. കുടകിലെ തടിയൻഡമോൾ കൊടുമുടി കയറാനെത്തിയതായിരുന്നു കൊച്ചിയിൽ ഐ ടി ജീവനക്കാരിയായ ശരണ്യ.
വനംവകുപ്പിന്റെ അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയാണ് . സംഘം ട്രെക്കിങ്ങിനായി പുറപ്പെട്ടത്
ഏപ്രിൽ 2 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാവിലെ വനംവകുപ്പിന്റെ അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയാണ് ശരണ്യ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സംഘം ട്രെക്കിങ്ങിനായി പുറപ്പെട്ടത്. എന്നാൽ, യാത്രയ്ക്കിടെ ശരണ്യയെ കാണാതാവുകയായിരുന്നു. തെര്മല് ഡ്രോണ് അടക്കം ആധുനിക സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യകള് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നടത്തിയ തിരച്ചിലിലാണ് ഞായറാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരത്തോടെ ശരണ്യയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. ശരണ്യ ആരോഗ്യവതിയാണെന്നും വിരാജ്പേട്ടയിലെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ച് പ്രാഥമിക പരിശോധന നടത്തുമെന്നും അധികൃതര് പറഞ്ഞു.
