കോഴിക്കോട്: സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ മാലിന്യസംസ്കരണ പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങള് ഊര്ജിതമാക്കുന്നതിനു നടപടികള് കടുപ്പിക്കാന് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ്.ഖരമാലിന്യ സംസ്കരണ നിയമങ്ങള് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതില് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നവര്ക്കെതിരേ കടുത്ത നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് തദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കു മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്കി. എല്ലാ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും പുതിയ മാലിന്യസംസ്കരണ നിയമങ്ങള് 100 ശതമാനം പാലിച്ചിരിക്കണമെന്നാണു നിര്ദേശം.

2016ലെ ഖരമാലിന്യ സംസ്കരണ നിയമങ്ങള് പരിഷ്കരിച്ച് ‘ഖരമാലിന്യ സംസ്കരണ നിയമങ്ങള് 2026’ കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാര് വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത് കാര്യക്ഷമമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിനാണു തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കു സര്ക്കാര് നിര്ദേശം നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിയമലംഘകര്ക്കെതിരേ മൂന്നു തലത്തിലുള്ള ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികളുണ്ടാകും. ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില് പിഴ ശിക്ഷ. നിയമലംഘനം തുടര്ന്നാല് ക്രിമിനല് കേസുകള്. ചുമതലയില് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്ക്കെതിരേ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം ഈടാക്കുന്നതടക്കമുള്ള നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിക്കും.
