ഉള്ളിയുടെ സർക്കാർ സംഭരണവില കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ കൂട്ടി. വിലസ്ഥിരീകരണ ബഫറിനായി വാങ്ങുന്ന ഉള്ളിയുടെ വില ക്വിന്റലിന് 1,875 രൂപയിൽ നിന്ന് 2,125 രൂപയായി ഉയർത്തി. പുതിയ വില 2026 ജൂലൈ 4 മുതൽ പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നു. നാഫെഡും എൻ.സി.സി.എഫും വഴിയാണ് സർക്കാർ ഉള്ളി സംഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത്. കർഷകർക്ക് മികച്ച വില ഉറപ്പാക്കാനും ബഫർ ശേഖരം ശക്തമാക്കാനുമാണ് തീരുമാനം.
ക്ഷാമഭീതി വേണ്ടെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രം
ഉള്ളി കർഷകരെയാണ് ഈ തീരുമാനം നേരിട്ട് ബാധിക്കുന്നത്. മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര, മധ്യപ്രദേശ്, ഗുജറാത്ത് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിലവിലെ ശേഖരം മതിയെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രം പറയുന്നു. സംഭരിച്ച ഉള്ളിക്ക് ക്ഷാമസൂചനയില്ലെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അഖിലേന്ത്യാ തലത്തിൽ ദിവസേന 50,000 മെട്രിക് ടണ്ണിലധികം ഉള്ളി മണ്ടികളിലെത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ മാത്രം 30,000 മെട്രിക് ടണ്ണിലധികം വരവ് തുടരുന്നു. നിലവിലെ ശരാശരി ചില്ലറ വില കിലോയ്ക്ക് 31 രൂപയാണ്.
മഴ വൈകിയത് വിപണിയെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചു
ചില മേഖലകളിൽ കാലവർഷം വൈകിയതും മഴ കുറവായതും വ്യാപാരികളിൽ പ്രതീക്ഷാ വാങ്ങൽ കൂട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ പ്രധാന ഉപഭോഗ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ വലിയ ആവശ്യകത ഇപ്പോൾ ഇല്ലെന്നാണ് വിലയിരുത്തൽ. നാഷിക് മേഖലയിലും മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ ചില ഉൽപാദന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും ഭാവിയിൽ വില കൂടുമെന്ന പ്രതീക്ഷയിലാണ് ചില വ്യാപാര നീക്കങ്ങൾ. ഖരീഫ് വിത്തിടൽ നാഷിക് മേഖലയിൽ ഏകദേശം 15 ദിവസം വൈകി. കർണാടകയിലെ ചിത്രദുർഗ, ചള്ളകെരെ മേഖലകളിൽ വിത്തിടൽ സാധാരണ നിലയുടെ 60 ശതമാനത്തോളം എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഉൽപാദനം സ്ഥിരതയിൽ
കൃഷി, കർഷകക്ഷേമ വകുപ്പിന്റെ രണ്ടാം മുൻകൂർ കണക്ക് പ്രകാരം 2025-26ൽ ഉള്ളി ഉൽപാദനം 307.37 ലക്ഷം മെട്രിക് ടണ്ണായിരിക്കും. 2024-25ലെ 307.67 ലക്ഷം മെട്രിക് ടണ്ണിനോട് അടുത്ത കണക്കാണിത്. അതിനാൽ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ നിലയിൽ ലഭ്യതയെ കുറിച്ച് ആശങ്ക വേണ്ടെന്നാണ് സർക്കാർ നിലപാട്. അതേസമയം സീസൺ സ്വഭാവം അനുസരിച്ച് വില അല്പം ഉയരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്നും സൂചനയുണ്ട്. ജൂൺ 2026ൽ ഏകദേശം 1.50 ലക്ഷം മെട്രിക് ടൺ ഉള്ളി കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
